Organizational Effectiveness has been a driving mission and value for me. I believe that brilliant leaders pay attention to 2 key elements: people and results. I have been privileged in my career to work for enlightened leaders who had the same point of view. One of these was my former boss and mentor, Cherie Hutton. After we both left the corporate world we decided to continue our organizational work as C&C Consulting.
